- providing a library of boilers to identify the installed unit
- identifying and fixing the problem themselves where not gas related
- identifying the possible problem(s) through a simple questionnaire
to minimise the cost of call out
- providing an expert, from our registered engineers list, to fix
the problem. They will have been briefed via your questionnaire and
approved for
working
on gas, water
and electrical
equipment, as appropriate.
- providing a guide to call out and fixing costs

- Provide sales leads (established, registered and reliable engineers)
